Blue Shadows
Let’s get a couple of things out of the way. First, Red Dead Redemption is a fantastic game. If you don’t believe us, you can read all the reviews. It’s a grand Western epic, up to par with the best Western films in history and one of those games Roger Ebert should really play. Do yourself a favor, go get it.
Second, why does our subconscious like to mess with us when we’re dreaming? This is not the first time Burt has gone through these kinds of nightmares, and I’m sure you have had similar weird dreams too. It’s almost like there is a little bastard living inside our heads, a tiny sadist that likes to torture us deep in our skulls, where we are soft and mushy.
Third, Rick, once again, did a fantastic job with the art. It’s amazing how he can imitate art styles so flawlessly. However, working on this comic, we realized something interesting. All these characters, from Peter Griffin, to Jon Arbuckle and Yosemite Sam are really simple. Very basic shapes with solid colors. Yet, they come to life so brilliantly, it’s amazing.
Well, now we leave you for this week. Hope you enjoyed this week’s strip.

Hm… at least its not inspired by Jonah Hex. The only good thing there is the lead actor’s acting. The rest is just meh… I like the Sam though. Inception anyone??
